Glad to see the .223 is going to be 5/8-24 threads and a 10rd mag. The ACE price looks good, I believe it will be a great seller. I would like to see a barreled action deal also so we could choose our stock.

The hunter and lite line of rifles will now come with threaded barrels. Tikka seems to be listening to their customers.

I bet they are saving that for the Sako M10 only. However, it would significantly improve my will to buy at 42A1 if you could.

Wonder if this means you can change between AICS and CTR mags?

the rep confirms AICS magwell availability in the video. Also Tikka YouTube channel has confirmed a folding hinge that is in development, a 6CM chambering and that the chassis will be sold seperatley eventually as well

I wonder what is the weight of the chassis. I found where someone said the T3x Tac A1 is 5.25 lbs.

I’ve owned maybe a dozen Tikka’s over the years and I’d say I’m about 75/25 on changing stocks out.
I think of the Tikka stocks like Glock sights. Not really intended to stay on, but useable if need be.

This 20” 308 CTR was in a Bravo but I went back to factory CTR stock. It’s lighter and I prefer its ergos for hunting.

CTR stock is actually a very decent hunting stock with good ergos and super light weight.

The CTR stock is a mild exception. I like them well enough as well. I was mainly speaking of their T3/T3X lite stocks.
