I just got my hands on a pair of new Ruger Bisley Blackhawk convertibles 5.5" barrels in both 45 Colt/45 ACP and 357/9mm. The Berrys .452 plated hybrid hollow points ran great in the 45 ACP cylinder and I was just wondering if I use the oversize for caliber and brass .357 plated in 9mm cases it would also increase accuracy with the larger bore diameter, instead of like jacketed .355 normal pills. I am looking at the Berrys 148 gr plated hollow base wadcutter in .357. for 9mm cylinder. Also any load suggestions or advise for that, or these combo of revolvers if you're familiar with it. I'm just getting ramped up for revolver loading. Thanks!

Test a few and look for issues at the forcing come. Also for spitting lead and/or powder at the BC gap. Blackhawks are tough especially in smaller calibers they have lots Of cylinder wall. But like any revolver, watch pressures as they can still have issues at the gap and forcing cone.
As stated above, .357 lead and plated vs .355 should not be an issue if they will chamber ok. And sounds like you will be shooting for accuracy not high pressure loads.
I shoot a lot of home cast lead in revolvers and unless you swage it, it can be +- quite a bit and I’ve never had issues. Only issue I’ve had is leading in the bore. But with proper lube or, as you say in this case, plating leading is generally a non issue unless you push them too fast.

If you want a certain answer to your question, slug your bore with a slightly oversized slug, and same with each cylinder throat. Ruger has tightened up tolerances in cylinders, maybe-maybe not in barrels. I picked up a 5” GP100 that has good throats, an off center forcing cone and good barrel dimension, and now shoots after correcting 5 degree cone.
Ideally, you want a snug-but not oversized-fit of bullet in throat, going into a just tighter barrel. .358 throat > .3575 bullet > .357 barrel. As long as there’s little to no constriction where barrel threads into receiver, the gun will shoot.
I have the 45acp/45 Colt Bisley and shoot my normal match load, though I have to be certain OAL and shoulder allow easy fit in cylinder, or you’ll have drag and cylinder won’t rotate. 200gr SWC over 4.8 WST. Same arrangement with 45 Colt cylinder. 250-280gr SWC over HS6, Power Pistol, AA5 or others, at about 900-1000fps. Plenty of power and penetration.
Had an early Field Grade 454 Casull that wouldn’t shoot for shit with its.453 barrel and .451 throat until I reamed throats to .4535. It’s all in the dimensions of your gun as to whether your original proposition will work.

Excellent advice above. I just want to add that 9mm is very picky with regards to coal and accuracy.
