I don't know whether to laugh or cry right along side this kid. 
My uncle had a single axle dump truck that he hauled Red Dawg from the cooled off piles to his "driveway" (about a mile long) as topping. He put the smaller tire on the outside and chained it up. On the hard road it rolled on the big tire. Once he turned to go up the hill the road was a little less maintained so if he sunk in the chains would grab. Left the chains on year round.
This fellers truck is a lot more shiny than my Uncles.

Well, that Chevy Van (3-cyl, 0.8L, 38hp, 62 mph max, "Super Carry") used to be a Daewoo Damas until Daewoo "grew up enough to be a Chevrolet," and it also has a NY plate, and that's a pretty good representation of NYC (these days), so it's easy to be confused.
Occasionally up here you see dually trucks running singles in the winter to get better ground pressure on the ice. This looks a little less silly than that.
This (the song) put me into a complete state of hypnosis. This is probably what meth feels like to a first few times user...
