.243 Win Advice?

Can I get some advice on a .243?

I'm going to be running a 103-108-109 grain ELDX /ELDM out of a 22" 7.5 twist carbon proof. (BOLT GUN)

My goal is a stout load to make high 2900 to low 3000 FPS. I hoping to find a fast accuracy node. I'm not sure I can make 3100 safely.

What brass, what powder should I start with? Isn't there a small primer variety out there too?

Before I sold mine the only real work up I did was with 105 amax and 105 Scenar in Lapua brass with both BR2 and GM210M.
Both shot .5" moa fairly easy with H1000 and H100V.
The berger 88FBLD did very well with H100v also.

I think 2900 is about all you can expect with the 108. Anything over that will be over pressure. Maybe 2950 with the 103.

You can push over 3100 if you want. For powder 4350 and H4831sc are easy buttons. N160 and 5 are pretty accurate as is 7828ssc. Magpro screams but is temp sensitive.
