Rimfire LAPUA/SK Rimfire Ammo Pelican 1040 Inserts (See last post)

Good evening Zen,

Inserts came in and they are fantastic. Great fit, perfect actually and far better than anticipated. The tolerances are impressive. Great job dude!

Hello all,
I NEED TO READ THE RULES AND FOLLOW THEM OR I WILL BE BANNED.

Edit by me:
I am sorry I did not buy the $20 month option to post my post. I was contacted by someone from this forum and was asked if that was something I can do I said yes. He also directed me here and said "I am looking for an insert for a pelican case. It looks like the attached link and would probably be a great addition to your store. Someone on snipershide use to sell them and that thread is still very active even though he is not selling these any longer."
So forgive me for saying that and breaking the rules. I was not trying to cause any issues.

I had 2 available in black, which just got spoken for, and am printing more since it seems people are interested. Colors are possible (+$10) but will take longer as I will need to get more filament of the right color.

PM me ASAP if you are interested. $65 each shipped CONUS USPS Priority Mail.

Do you just rise from the dead?
Might as well have. Haven't been in a place to focus on this side of life for quite a while. That hasn't really changed, but I'm tired of not enjoying my life. So I'm getting back in to doing some of the things I used to love.

I had at least one person afraid I'd been hacked, since they hadn't heard from me in a long time. FTR, that's not the case.

It’s me. 😁

Just an FYI, the padded flat rate mailer might be ur friend. Stick whatever u want in there for same price at the small flat rate box
Our post office refuses to stock them. I used to use them until they stopped carrying them.

I’ve ordered some online, but they were taking too long, and I don’t want to make these guys wait.

Thanks for the heads up. I appreciate the effort.

just per weight based, you might look into using your own shipping padded envelope from any big box store. I know It might save you a few bucks per items but every little bit helps. FWIW, I purchased one of these a few years ago and I'm still happy with my purchase. I'm glad you popped back up on the grid and I hope you can start making theses more consistently. lots of good reviews

The weight makes the small flat rate box the more economical option. Less so if I have to ship more than one the same destination, but that’s fairly unusual. I have some of the flat rate padded envelopes on order, they just have been slow to arrive.

Going back to the post office this morning with two more. These get printed in batches of two, so have one more available again.

I did get some flat rate padded envelopes today. They cost the same as the flat rate box but they’ll be good for multiple piece shipments.

When Josh Harney recently offered a few black inserts for sale, I jumped at the opportunity to snag one. We communicated quickly and clearly, and he got the insert in the mail in a timely manner. It showed up yesterday and all I can say is if you don't have a preferred storage method for matches, get one of these!

Thanks, @zenbike !
