So the New 60mm Pulsar scopes have arrived. I’m having a hard time deciding which one I need. I’m leaning XL60. I was hoping some of you have had some experience with these three scopes and could provide me with some of your insight and thought so far. Please post links to YouTube videos/social media videos with sample footage also if you would.

    I'll help you out.
Just send me your credit card info, I'll buy the model you need and ship it to you.

    @kirsch Is running one now.

Yes, I do have a XG60 in hand. I received it right before leaving for SHOT. However, I caught something nasty at the end of SHOT show. After 36 hours of straight sleep and finally breaking a 103° fever, I am starting to feel better. It will be a while before I get out and this will still not be with all 3 models beside me. If you can describe the following parameters, I can try to steer you in a direction. No matter the brand, everything always comes down to FOV and base magnification. There isn't one perfect thermal for everyone. Tell me:
    1. What you are hunting, and how you are hunting. For instance, calling coyotes, hunting hogs over bait, etc.
    2. What is your minimum, average, and longest shot you can foresee taking
    3. What is your budget
    4. What type of terrain will you be using the device in
    5. What is your climate like: Humidity, inclement weather (snow/rain), etc.
    6. Do you have other thermals, and what are they
    7. I normally ask caliber and type of gun, but since they all are the same design, it really doesn't matter in this situation.
If you don't want to type all that up, I don't blame you. Just PM your phone number, and we can talk over the phone if that is easier.

As for videos, yes they can be helpful. However, an entry level thermal can look good if used in low-humidity, and an amazing thermal can look poor if used in 100% humidity with fog, etc. I have seen really bad thermals have some amazing videos on Youtube.

For those of you wondering what the 60 series changed from the 50 series, here is a basic rundown of some of the changes:

Increased focal length from 50mm to 60mm:
This means an increase in base magnification and total magnification to all units as well as FOV changes:
    XG60: 4-32x
    XP60: 3-24x
    XL60: 2.5-20x

    Change to FOV also:
    XG60: 7.3°
    XP60: 10.4°
    XL60: 11.7°

    Round 2560x2560 Res Eyepiece:
This is a huge difference. The eye box is now round and is more forgiving both from an eye relief as well as viewing angle perspective

    More Memory:
All 3 units will have 64GB of onboard memory. The XG50 and XP50 only had 16GB

    Extras Included:
    2 EPS 3 batteries ($200 value)
    ADM QD mount ($200 value)

    Price:
This is the part that is pretty outstanding is they actually kept the price for the 60's at the clearance price of the 50's.

I say the good with the bad. One change that some may not like is the newer models are heavier. I believe for the XG60 from the XG50 about 6 ounces, so it is heavier. It appears a lot of the weight is the new eyepiece.

    Here is a spec sheet.
