Regardless of what he says, that IS the mayor's job. If I had ever copped that attitude to any of my employers, I'd be out on the street within 60 seconds of saying something as stupid as that.

The people in Congress and the Senate with very few exceptions Are the enemy.
This brings up an interesting idea. Trump is refurbishing Guantanamo so what if we were to build some prisons and hire some guards in a place like maybe Zimbabwe for some of our top tier offenders?
Maybe even let them earn their Zimbabwean citizenship while they're at it and release them in place when they're done. Win, Win, Win.
Could be a hell of a deterrent.
