Hey, I am not racist. Anyone, regardless of ethnic heritage, who goes crazy like that needs to be physically beaten so bad that he walks funny for two weeks and three days.

The penalty should harsher for any further offenses. Some of these lunatics will never change, just like a rabid dog is forever altered.

It's crazy to think that those men watched him punch that kid in the face and just let him walk away. This would only happen in a major city. If he tried that in my small town, people would be fighting each other to be the one who got to curb stomp his brains into the sidewalk. Cities are where the weak gather for herd behavior.
