Yep he murdered someone enforcing a curfew at an apartment complex.
He murdered a lady while enforcing a curfew at an apartment complex.
And to be fair one of the curfew breakers had been trespassed previously.
So I guess shooting the other one sent a stern message!
And he did warn them that if they made things difficult he would make their life hard . So shooting a peon is totally understandable when they make things difficult

It only cost the city residents $20 million- and took 90 something days to have charges filed against him .
And kept job and paycheck for another 3 months

The “curfew “ was a POLICY of an apartment complex. Not any type of enforceable law, officer dick bag lost his shit over an apartment complex visiting hours . And then really lost his shit when 10 or so minutes into the “detention” found out that the younger guy had been trespassed from the complex before . It’s actually amazing and probably due to his marksmanship that he didn’t murder both of them.

So it gets even worse, the Uniform Hanger was being a thug for the bastard management of an apartment complex.
Did he think murdering folks would get him a nice pat on the back from the corporate bigwigs?

I bet he thought he was going to get away with it and that's why he was so trigger happy.

I noticed the justification he gave was "because you almost hit me with the car." While I don't think that happened even if it did that's very different than "you were about to hit me with the car." He shot her as a form of retribution not self defense.

Yes his corporate masters told him what time people were allowed to be in the parking lot of a PUBLIC housing complex- so seeing how eagerly he gunned down the violators of this policy think how quick he was to obey the Covid lockdown “policies “

New Mexico is a hot head of corruption; hire many Brady list officers fired from other states . So it’s not a surprise when they get trigger happy murder apes
