Absolutely no fan of Maxine Waters and her cronies but there is no legal reason why she was refused access to a Government building. If it can happen to her, it sure as hell can happen to you. Let her whine inside and make a nuisance, THEN kick her out or arrest her if she refuses to leave. This hand could have been played better.

Legal reason/authority is in §22-3302 (b); if you're not given authorization to enter, you can't enter. The moment the security person advised them that they could not go in, they were effectively barred. Any attempt to enter thereafter constitutes the unlawful entry.
