I currently use an rcbs chargemaster lite that I have had for 5+ years. I am looking to upgrade. My lite is slow, and under/overthrows quite a lot. I am looking at the RCBS chargemaster supreme, the hornady auto charge pro (this one has my interest peaked due to its size and setup), and am willing to look at others. Currently the matchmaster and fx120i are not in budget. If anyone is able to compare the hornady and rcbs, please do.

The chargemaster supreme isn’t bad for the money. With the insert and a little reprogramming mine ran pretty consistent. Never used a lite or the Hornady version so can’t compare it to those. I eventually switched to an auto trickler and fx120.

I believe I am mistaken. I was going to link the article I used for reprogramming and realized the supreme and original are two different animals. I thought they were essentially the same with the supreme having a few upgrades.
I don't have the Supreme but the documentation indicates it does some learning of the powder properties and adjusts to minimize the overthrows, much like we do with the 1500.
