Cowan front rest. These rests were manufactured as a school shop project by Joe Cowan at the Greater Altoona CTC in Altoona, Pennsylvania. My understanding is the school no longer offers them, it was a very neat shop class project when in operation though! Windage and elevation adjustable
Included are the added “f class” feet and the “speed screws”. The added feet are about 2.5 pounds a piece I believe, and the speed screws attach to the feet screws and have a courser thread pitch for faster adjustments
Weight with feet installed is approximately 20 pounds and approximately 9.5 pounds without the f class feet
Also have 4 protektor front “bags” that were used with the unit. I believe all in it was approximately $525 new
