In Jan.24, I bought a couple of SkeetIRx’s. I have been using them as HMTs and have been extremely happy with them. A couple of weeks back I noticed that one of the units display / screen had a small half moon missing from the left edge. So after immediately checking my purchase date against my warranty period, I discovered I had one week remaining in the 1 year warranty. So I contacted Trijicon, and they Shined!
Within an hour I had an email with a UPS shipping label. Two days after receipt of the SkeetIR, I had a diagnosed failing display. One day later I received an email with my tracking information for my returned SkeetIR. Literally had a fully repaired SkeetIR in my hands within 7 Days!
Way To Go Trijicon!!!!
We have all read the “Horror” stories of product support from various manufacturers. I’m happy to say Not Here.
 
It’s always good to read about good write-ups about customer service. I have been impressed by several companies and made sure that others knew about my experiences. Silencerco is top of my list, they absolutely stand behind their products.

Good for you! They had my Hunter 35mm for months before finally returning it. Maybe things have changed for the better?
