They pull over this asshole for driving with no headlights - in broad daylight and then arrest him for talking .
Fucking peon thinks he can just talk and record and drive when and where ever he pleases . Good thing they were around to protect society.
They even did the “the dog alerted “ so these were top notch law enforcement officers 12 of them . They took no chances that a guy driving with no lights on in daylight wasn’t going to kill them all.
Showed remarkable restraint in not beating the female passenger and the small child !
