these 80s models rarely have boxes or papers
I’m sure the Rolex/ luxury watches from the 1980s left the store with boxes and papers 😂. It’s ok to admit you don’t have them but to say the 1980s models rarely have boxes and paper is absurd.

Fyi, The watches are usually 17-22% less without box and papers depending on the models. I think yours is priced at market price fairly for a turn-o-graph

Definitely not afraid to admit… I buy and sell a lot of watches and you 100% correct they are 20% less without boxes or papers, and that is why I have it priced fair.

FYI you are mistaken most of these the papers have been lost or who’s knows.. it’s 45 year old watch. Should do more research before you try and shit on my post.

It was serviced last year from a AD dealer. I can obtain paperwork if you like!
There is no paper work. It should have came with a card you scan with your phone and it has all of the watch info as well as a 2 year warranty from Rolex with an expiration date. See photo for the items that come with a Rolex service from a Rolex service center.

I'm not trying to shit on your post so I apologize if it came off that way. Just pointing what you said about it's "rare" not having papers and boxes. I also collect and trade watches so we both know there are plenty of sellers that sell 40+ year old watches with papers or/and boxes. A quick google search pull up at least 30+ of Turn-o-Graphs (Model #16253) with papers and boxes.

I said you priced it well in my post.... But as a fellow watch enthusiast, to say that it's "rare" to not have these items is not true. But I'll get out of your hair. Good luck with the sale and I'm sure someone is going to enjoy this unique piece.

Much appreciated brother! I see your point!

Authorized dealer. Not Rolex.
Any authorized dealer has an authorized service person to work on them. They go hand in hand with one another. I’m not positive but it may even be a requirement from Rolex to be an authorized dealer. Rolex stores are more of a boutique for people to look at them. Almost never have anything for sale, just for viewing. We have a few in Las Vegas casinos.
