Get those seed oils out of your life! They’re literally killing you.
It takes 6 years to get them out of your tissues! They are the leading cause of most chronic inflammatory diseases.
Check olive oil carefully and don’t buy cheap, it DOES NOT legally have to say when it is adulterated with other oils like seed oils and they are not necessarily listed on the label!
Seed oils are in TONS of products. It takes commitment. My beloved Dukes Mayo has canola
Not listed is beef tallow which goes without saying….is arguably the healthiest oil/fat.
We’re using lard, coconut and olive here at Casa Lawless til I can secure a good source of tallow. I can tell you that chicken, eggs and other food cooked in lard is SO much tastier. I knew this as a young man
I am also done eating any nuts or seeds. I gotta get my inflammation under control.
