I've fixed quite a few excavators over the years that were worn that bad, and several where the owner kept putting new pins in until the boss wore completely through.
That arm might need a bushing installed. Just sayin’…
Yeah, along with new pins and bosses too. Those are toast, the whole 9 yards... boom, bucket, h-link and dog bones they're are all shot....
