In my opinion, Kash Patel himself and as many agents as he can trust should walk into the FBI field office in New York, confiscate all evidence and documents being withheld, and arrest EVERYONE in that office or that had anything to do with that case until it can all be sorted out. Charges of criminal conspiracy, dereliction of duty, aiding and abetting after the fact. Any charges that fit the bill.

And a Captain that will possibly delete your ass as well. Using that parallel, one can imagine that the crew of the newly boarded ship will be defiant while at the same time sabotaging the ship.

I really don’t think it’s that hard. Start with the supervisory agent in charge of the field office for southern NY and tell him to get in their car with the documents and deliver them to her office by COB or they are fired (or sent to Minot in the winter lol).
When they don’t show up, fire/transfer them effective immediately and give the same ultimatum to next in line the next morning. Fire/transfer if they do not. Rinse and repeat.
IMO, if the entire field office is insubordinate firing them all would be no loss to the country. Insubordination should never be tolerated and is sufficient cause for legal termination.
