Most people are completely unaware of how many plate readers are imbedded into and networked out of traffic signal sensors, those mobile highway depts signs, LE vehicle dash mounts, etc. Constantly updating a real-time data base of locations, movements and patterns. Supposed to be used for Amber Alerts, stolen vehicle and BOLO type support but just like most tools justified to assist public safety, it can be (and is) used for targeted surveillance of individuals or groups that have broken no laws at all.
Just like most of the Patriot Act, a lot of the "safety tools" have become a tool of government fuckery.

Mods kept logging in with his account when simps called “NorCal LEO to the bat line”, whenever someone smelled a retread.
Some of the mods turned out to be holster-sniffers and foreign nationals from Canada and Denmark.
One of the famous Mods, known for at least 81,000 posts that amounted to nothing other than “LoL”, showed up to the VA Rally after the Governor signed in that unconstitutional arms ban. It was a totally-peaceful protest.
Said Mod went back and provided names of attending Arfcommers to the FBI and DHS, and banned their accounts.
In the recent January 6 pardons, one of the Arfcommers who was rotting in prison throughout Biden-su’s term, saw in discovery the names of Arfcom members who testified against him in-secret as being FBI agents. He posted this info in his thread upon his release.
