Yup. Honestly, for something like Red flag laws, we're going to have to resolve that by "litigation" not legislation. Because it's obvious the RINO politicians don't want to get rid of it. Not as long as they're taking in graft form "The Rodent" and FRF and the Sheriff's assoc.

I don't think Trump moved him anywhere. I think Gaetz is trying to distance himself from Trump as far away as possible. He's a tad radioactive, now. There must have been something really nasty in that Congressional report. And, as long as Gaetz stayed in Congress, it was going to come out and he'd be questioned about it. So he left. The Dems still tried to release the report to embarrass him and keep him useless in the "political afterlife," as it were. A$$HOLES.

I say we don’t need anybody to head up the atf. We need to abolish it, or at the very least remove the “f” from it. They can regulate alcohol and tobacco.
Abolishing the ATF before repealing the NFA would put the enforcement of that law in the hands of other federal agencies; such as the FBI which would probably be worse than the current ATF.

I'm not sure if Matt Hoover and Kristopher Ervin have appealed their cases. If so, let's see if the ATF reverses course so these two can win and get out of prison. That would be significant.
I think I'm going to go ahead and trust Mark on this one. After all he's a constitutional lawyer and has argued before SCOTUS quite often. I think he knows what's going on. How many other of the pundits can say they've argued before SCOTUS?

Thanks for posting but this guy Smith needs this tattooed on his forehead....that vid could have presented the same info in at least half the time. Like a lot of lawyers, he seems to love the sound of his own voice a bit too much (well, bit too much for me lol)

One thing that you might do if you don't have a lot of time to listen to someone like this is to go to settings and speed the video up. Sometimes, I'm able to speed it up to 2X and it's still understandable.
