AR500 Targets In DFW area

I have not bought Targets in quite a while and it seems that are quite expensive these days. Is there anyone Hide Friendly selling AR500 steel targets in the DFW metroplex? I am in the North Dallas area (McKinney Frisco). I am looking for a single large square target Probably at least 24"x36" or larger and either 1/2" or 3/8" thick. Does anyone have a recommendation as to where I can buy this? I am trying to keep the purchase local so I can pick it up to save shipping. Doesn't really have to be a target maker, just any business that can sell a rectangle shape piece of AR500.

IF you are military or qualify for expert voice, Caldwell has the cheapest steel you can find. Its free shipping which is what usually kills steel.

D-M targets has free shipping over $200 and ALOT of matches run Seth's steel and hangers. VERY high quality and he can make you whatever you want. They give a 10% PRS discount too.

Between those two, that is where I buy mine from.

The other alternative is find a friend with a cnc plasma cutter and buy a whole sheet.

Hehe I wish I could do that

my place is owned by family, so not just mine. Also its unfortunately 3.5 hours from the metroplex. We can shoot over 1000 yards though.

There is a place in Indiana called make it ring steel targets that has the best price on steel of anywhere on the Internet and their prices include shipping and they are still cheaper than my local guy with no shipping

Of course, if you’re looking for like 12 inch sizes, they have stuff like that for $40 shipped

They are also unique and that they carry a variety of thicknesses increasing by 1/8 inch all the way up to three-quarter inch and starting at 1/4 inch
