Hypocrite Mark Kelly already sold his Tesla and bought a gas-guzzling Tahoe. And, as a commentator during the astronaut recovery broadcast, he had to 'explain' how Musk wasn't really rescuing anyone, that these astronauts could have flown home anytime they wished(first I heard of this). Then, he cautioned Americans to not get too optimistic about because Musk is so new to the game. He just had to inject his partisan politics into this heroic event.

It's not a municipal crime if it is done for political reasons. Same as painting swastikas on a church is not a 'municipal crime' when it falls under civil rights violation. The DoJ stated earlier in the week that attacks against Tesla (and by extention Musk) are political acts of terrorism.

The left has already made 'municipal crimes' into federal crimes. Done it for years. But it's never been used on their mostly-peaceful types. And nothing is more clear-cut than firebombing a car dealer whose owner is a stated political enemy of the left.
