Why? Because new scope sales pay the bills.Why the fuck and how the fuck are they advertised and marketing new scopes when they can't even answer phones from paying customers for months. There's people who need warranty services that either never find a way to make contact with an actual human at Bushnell or get blown off when someone does answer.

What discount are you seeing? I get .mil from them but this scope doesn’t have a price difference for me. Says $1899 if I’m signed out or signed into my accountI’ve enjoyed my Bushnells but it’s a bummer to hear about recent CS issues. I am curious if the new coating they’re highlighting makes a noticeable difference or not.
Since I need a new scope, I may pick one up. The price is right with the uncle sugar discount and others that come close in that range don’t really have a leg up on customer service either.

I had the same issue, getting my account set back up.. Took a good while to get an email response. I could never get anyone on the phone.I had a XRS3 6-36 and wasn’t impressed at all. Ran it against a few other scopes and the glass was not up to par with others in the process range so I ended up selling it. It not having illumination as a negative for me too. Will be interesting to see what they upgraded on this new optic.
Also after it taking 3 months to get ahold of them to just fix my account after they changed their site their CS is in definite need of some work. Glad they have a new scope but not sure I would jump right in at this point.
