I am in need of a digital powder dispenser since my 2nd Intellidroper has just died. Been using them for several years, they just aren't built for longevity. Also, the second one would throw a heavy charge about every 8-10 charges. Without spending " supertrickler or autotrickler" money, who do you like. I have looked at the RCBS match master but that's pretty spendy itself. I guess this leaves Hornady, Lyman or RCBS chargemaster (or whatever the cheaper one is called now). What do you like?

The Chargemaster 1500 was a good unit but required some programming and a little trick with the spout to be a very good unit. The new Supreme has some testing function that mimics the programming we do by had with the 1500. The Lite doesn't have that feature and isn't programable so I would recommend the Chargemaster Supreme.

Bought the RCBS Lite a while back and I havent had any issues out of it.
I have had a few charges go over or under. But not a huge deal for me. I just dump them and redo the charge.

Just to add to this thread, i have a chargemaster lite. It failed, i called RCBS they told me i was SOL due to it being out of warranty. I took it apart, found one of the motors was bad and found a replacement on amazon. I installed it, and it still works. Doesn't dispense as quickly as the original, but it works. I was a little disappointed in the customer service.

Same problem here, bought 2 Intellidroppers, exchanged one that was DOA. Both of them failed and were replaced under warranty within a year. Neither replacement lasted a year.

I tried Hornady and returned, too slow and didn't like the setup process.

Have the Match Master for a few weeks and like it. Rebate going on:

Matchmaster isnt terrible, but still relies on a strain gauge scale. It is the best of the scales with that type of mechanism. For alot of shooters, its more than they will ever need. The real bonus? If you are a Vet and you buy direct from RCBS, you can get that scale at a very good price, like sub $500 when my buddy checked into it before he bought his ATv4.
