I am not seeing the option to private message someone when clicking on their account. Is there a secret code to your settings that makes it available?

Hi, Been low power user for years and have lost the ability to send PMs, even to ask for support. I wouldn’t say I am a high quality member, but also don’t know why I am being treated like I just signed up. Can’t even buy an upgrade. How do I get out of the brig? Thanks
