    Holy shit Cuba is in extream distress as thier damn communist government has really stepped over the line this time.

    They have awakened President joe from his ongoing nap with the dire human atrocities of shutting down the internet.

    That's right the last fucking straw the internet. America can not let this unhumane treatment go un punnished.

    Well when I was a young boy we had a thing while ?Kennedy was President.

    And if I remember right we would leave Cuba alone if Russia didn't put nukes on it.

    I think I was buisy looking up girls skirts at nap time.

    So it's complicated by a treaty I think.

    It appears they are blocking ham radio frequencies, at least on the 40 meter band. I'm guessing they are going to do the same on the 20 and 80 meter bands as well. Not that many ham radio operators in Cuba but there are more than one would think. I had a very brief contact with one in early May. Later heard another ham say the guy was an officer in the Cuban military.

    History has proven you cannot free a country from the outside. It can only be freed from within. A people must decide themselves freedom is worthy of death. Only then can freedom be realized. Tyranny must be thought worse than the death one might experience to overcome it. Outsiders can assist, but it is only the people who can bring themselves liberty. JMHO

    Joe Biden acts as a communist/socialist but speaks like a politician. He says whatever the winds tell him too. Commies always have deeds that don't match their words. Again JMHO

    if it was Trump, i think we would have already airdropped pallets of x39 ammo along side pallets of Eastern Bloc surplus AKs, level iv body armor in size small and medium size, starlink satellites with instructions in spanish and russian, satcom phones, 3M radios, Russian MREs, grenades and med kits with morphine and quick clot.

    but maybe im just speculating.

    If Trump was in office how hard would it be to stage an attack on a US Vessel from the Cuban Navy to take action. Have our subs ready to deep six the Cuban Fleet then send in Seal and Ranger Teams to take out the communist leaders, knowing you have the majority of the Cuban people's support. Its stupidity to not take Cuba for our National Security.

    I wonder how the Cuban people would react to a foreign force invading their land. Could be a toss up. Something like that may be what the US needs to bring us all together.

    You sound very eager to spend next trilion $ for no gain to the US except for some Florida elites that would line their pockets with the money you would be spending there for a couple of decades so that Nike could have access to cheap labour.

    So joe shuts one theater down with mixed reactions but I think mostly because it was not his.

    And floats the idea of opening a new one for the usual reason of deflecting attention away from failed domestic policy.

    People think it will be popular, quick, cheap logistically and a feel good moment for joe to ride out.

    Some body tell me about the agreement with Russia involving Cuba please. I was young and don't remember.

    Some how I don't think the ruskies just ran off?

    You can bet Putin is chomping at the bit to kick joe around.

    Cuba is propped up by despots and totalitarian dictatorships around the world. The federal government isn’t going to touch that dumpster fire with a 10ft pole. Can’t upset our Chinese overlords.

    The average Cuban would welcome us there. Particularly if we came with truckloads of AKs and ammo for them.

    The Cuban army would fold like a lawn chair in less than a week if we wished it so.

    Cubans are intelligent, educated, modern people. They aren't illiterate, ignorant peasants like those in Afghanistan. They are also Catholics, not muslim infidels. They would setup their own government quickly without much help after getting rid of their oppressors.

    costs hundreds of billions and Nike now has a Cuban Sweatshop instead of a Guatemalan one and you can buy Cuban cigars on Amazon
    Cuba like all its island neighbors remains a basket case for decades to come.

    There was a whole lot of killing involved before the Nazi party was finally eliminated.

    The Cubans have to do the hard work. But they can't do it without help. Our Revolution would likely have failed without the help of the French. Once its clear that the cuban people have decided to make a run at freedom, we'd be foolish not to help them.

    There are groups in Miami who have always been ready to fight with and have tried to arm Cubans. We (the gov) stopped them. There likely is a lot of activity in those circles right now.

    We need really not assist them, if we just leave them alone things likely will happen.
