tldr:
-Rarebreed hired 4 experts and defense lawyers, some of which being retired ATF
-rarebreed is calling the atf is ignorant, uneducated and unelected, stepping up to the atf and showing how big rarebreeds balls are
-rarebreed was never served proper documentation, which is part of the reason they’re opening a lawsuit against the atf
-rarebreed has zero intentions of complying, submitting any kind of information in regards to who has purchased one, or doing anything the atf is asking them to do
-rare breed thinks they might be censored on social media, so they’re asking for us to sign up to their newsletter

Yeah... but all the ATF has to do is get a judge to sign off on a warrant, seize all of their computers, and then they'll have the customer list.

This is America, friends, your compliance is not required -- they will just take it.

That's why they were only available by crypto currency the other day.

It wouldn't surprise me if they're wiping customer info regularly also to prevent seizure.

Hate to tell you, but crypto isn't anonymous.

— Use cash
— Leave your phone at home
— Wear a mask (bandana that covers your ears) and wear sunglasses
— Try not to drive (cameras are everywhere and license plates were designed to be seen)

Love the thought put into this, but if you're suggesting we should do this for a product that is currently 100% legal, I have a lot of questions for you. The recent ruling striking down CA's AWB even referenced the fact that AR15s are in incredibly common use, us openly buying and using such things only helps our cause

It can be, depending on the service you're using.

Obviously you need to be mining and not have any links to your bank accounts.

Legal or not, why tip your hand unnecessarily?
