I was putting in my trigger hanger and the front screw broke off. Any ideas how to get that damn thing out?

Do you have a cutting torch or dremel tool? I think I have an idea... 
If its not bottomed out it might come out doing something as simple as pushing a pencil eraser against it and spinning it.
got it out, used a punch to back it out with what was left of the screw and Tate is send me new screws to boot.
