So if I apply for a job, legally the only thing they can ask about are things that prevent me from doing my job.

IE if I'm trying out for the NBA they can ask about my knee surgery as it directly impacts my ability to do the job.

Everything else is pretty much illegal.

That being said, with that as the basis for decades (at least), how can anyone ask, much less require, or get documentation about a vaccine?

Everyone who has wanted the vaccine, has already gotten it. Those that haven't received it, dont want it.

No amount of fake as fuck stories about how some doctor watched some unvaccinated girl die while screaming through her mask are going to change that.

So they now want to 'mandate' things to force people into putting something in their body that had a testing window of literally nothing, a makeup that noone wants to tell you whats in it, for a sickness you have a 99.996% chance of surviving, yet are being full court pressed from all sides 24/7 into getting. Yeah, that's not weird or anything is it?

What's already happening is this; people working at local hospitals, your CVS, etc think this is equally retarded (and also dont want the vaccine) or at least like money, and may or may not already be doing things like......have you come in for the vaccine, get it ready, spray it down the sink and then give you a vaccine card and enter in whatever electronic data there is as well.

There was a professor at George Mason University who just recently won a lawsuit in which he filed against them when they tried to force him to vaccinate.
He won, but, and this is a big but, he had already had the COVID and his lawyer argued the antibodies in his body were stronger than any vaccine.
We may not have all had the COVID, but this opens the door to exemptions.

it increases the viral load for vaccinated people that get covid, symptomatic or not, which is what is spreading it so much in places with the highest vaccination rates.

My employer has 10k employees nationwide…. I was told just last week they will not mandate a vaccine, but I think they’ll cave this time.

Looks like I’ll be getting fired eventually. And I’ll walk with my head held high.

i work for a large healthcare company with over 2500 employees and many contractor workers. so far they are only mandating it for the staff that is working at a hospital or location where they are mandating it. as i mentioned before, we are currently hiring like mad, and this may be to replace the staff that is not on board with forced vaccinations, especially when there are safe options with fewer side effects that are more effective.
