Rifle Scopes Out of stock leupolds

Just checked their site about ordering another mk5 and almost everything is OOS. All Mk6’s and almost all mk5’s.
Does anyone know when they’ll be seeing more inventory? I’ll call Monday to ask but wanted to see if anyone here knew.

2 months ago there were rumors of optical glass getting in short supply. That could have something to do with it.

Vip program is probably the fastest way to get it today. Need to refresh everyday. Their out of stock notifications don't work fast enough.

Cstactical has no idea when their next batch will arrive.

Just put in the order and wait.

I've seen the VIP take 6 days or 6 months. It's the price you pay for the price you're not paying.

We have Mk5 in stock.

For LPVO, I personally think some other brands have better offerings. 4 years ago the Mk8 and Mk6 was all the rage, but getting to true 1x was very hard. Seems Nightforce and Vortex have covered that ground pretty thouroughly. Some great European scopes get honorable mention.

I talked to Leupold last week about having a CDS turret put on a VXR in the custom shop and he told me it was closed until February. He said it was because they are so backed up on work.

The best compromise I was able to do was find used optics closer to the professional pricing.

I think that was a very businesslike reply..... I wish other's would start giving similar replies rather than to string people along. While we are being promised things that don't materialize, we are passing up other opportunities to procure things we are in need of. Let this be a "word to the wise"... We the People are in uncharted waters. It's all a game of musical chairs that will result in some unfortunate circumstances when the music stops.....

I don't think I've ever seen you say anything concrete or specific about any supply chain issues. Rumor and speculation are it.

Unfortunately this is the truth... We are seeing lead times increase like crazy and the supply chains look to be getting worse, shipping/freight prices sky rocketing and material costs out of control.
