Trying to finalize my latest form 1 and it won't let me pay. Usually if any function on their site works, its payment. I click pay and it doesn't open the pay window. It opens the popup that says to close after payment, but not the actual payment window.

Check the top right of your browser for an enable popups for the site button. It would also help if we knew what OS and browser.

Haven't had a problem on this computer before and get pop ups like a motherfucker.
I'll give it a go again tomorrow. At least the draft is saved so I don't have to enter all my shit again.

In Catalina, look on the right side of the web address bar, you’ll see an icon that looks like a folder I think. Click that and the payment window will open. Took me a minute to find it too.
Thanks for this too. Now that I know, I get what you were saying. Sorry it took darkfader holding my hand a little tighter to figure it out.

The popup message was a quick flash and it took like 45 minutes before I actually noticed it.

I saw the disable pop ups on the home page. Didn't think a thing about it because I get pop ups all the time. Was easy enough to dismiss it as the site being fucked up. I have never seen the little folder/window icon in the URL bar before and didn't notice it. Darkfader held my hand, got me squared away, I learned something new about the Os and now the next wait begins. Im just happy when you get to that point its saved. I got booted out a couple times earlier and had to re-enter a bunch of shit. PIA when you have responsible persons to enter data for.
Happy to help. Now hide your wallet from yourself. Form 1's are addictive as hell. My latest one has me concerned though. I used USPS priority mail to send the cover letter and fingerprints. I live in WV. I could've personally delivered the prints in about 3 hours to the NFA Branch in Martinsburg. USPS tracking shows the mail just left a distribution center in Puerto Rico last night. WTF is USPS doing?!?!?
Oh I know, I've got a stack of em. Never should have let the old lady shoot em. Now they are all through a trust with RP's and all the shit. First couple were easy as Individual.
Thats sucks about your prints and USPS. I ship a bunch of shit with them because I have to leave it as an option for customers and its a total crapshoot. Ive had stuff take one day that was supposed to take 3a nd stuff take 4 weeks that was supposed to take 3 days.
