The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool would make a nice 700 yd range.
To me this is actually common sense. In that environment, how they have everything set up it's not a problem at all.
Here though people are unwilling to take an objective view on anything no matter what the evidence to the contrary it is.
You can talk all afternoon about how suppressors are harmless but will anyone listen? Not sure about that.
As a general rule shooting across a road is a bad idea but there are definitely situations where there are exceptions.
That being said, the fact that this place exists shows a lot more openness to actual facts and "common sense".

There is video of that range on YouTube. They have a blocking wall to shield the highway from the shooters LOS.
Be careful. Those assumptions will get you blitzkreiged nice and quick by a German.

Dont be so sure they voted to begin restricting their arms in order to stay in line with EU policies so they wouldnt lose their open trade borders.
They knuckled 500 years of history for Brussels.
Unsure what it has meant in real practice but it didnt seem good at the time 2-3 years ago.
