Seems things started goin haywire a week or so ago, and people can't access accounts, get year end statements, RMD's etc. Cluster of all clusters.

Took me hours to get to a real person, who was useless. Out of curiosity looked up the name and it was a college kid, Vanguard must be fielding interns to handle customer calls in the midst of a crisis. First time I wished for a (dot) Indian instead of home grown "talent".
