    DROS is the paperwork you do to get the firearm. "Dealer Record Of Sale" For rifles all it does is say you have purchased a Long Gun and tells the brand. So, it's more the California Gun Registry "thing".

    I think it's like a seat belt. You never "need" it until you do. If I ever need to put my 17" .308 in a back pack she would "need" to fold. That's why I was debating your chassis. Some have said the adjustments are too easy to move on them so that's why I'm on the fence about a TF or a W3.
