These are not. SMI owns them from raw material to finish and they're extremely proud of it. I had a great conversation with the owner when I visited and was thoroughly impressed.- Tmurph92

New member here. The company works out of Merriam, KS. I had the opportunity a few weeks ago to actually go in and build a custom rifle at their facility.
