    Athlon Helos vs. Ares

    I ordered and returned a Helos G2. Really liked the features and functions, esp the turret caps, but the optics quality was just not there. Clarity and crispness at 500 yds was struggling. It was not as good compared to PST G2 (which Is good to about 1400 yards).

    I’m going with a Athlon Helos for a 6mm ARC truck and 1000 yd gun due to locking turrets and 30mm tube. In that price range would-also look at The Stike Eagle over a PST G2, XTRII and definitely an Arken.

    Strike Eagle. I have PST G2 and buddy has a SE, glass was slightly better on the SE and brighter, more features. however, SE elevation is reduced when using a zero stop, so it may not have enough elevation for 1600+ with 6.5CM

    I dont have experience with it, but good reviews on Tract Toric 4x20. Its a little light on internal adjustment (65MOA) A sub-$1000 sleeper I stumbled upon is the Burris RT25, I would buy it to replace my PST Gen 2 but it doesn't come in MOA.
