    The height of the mount is 1.125". The screws that are stripped are two 10-24 x 1.250" used to mount to your scope base.

    Another vote for the Tikka. I picked up a new CTR in 6.5CM two months ago and I absolutely love it. I've only reached out to 822y with it with good impacts but there's no doubt in my mind it'll reach out further, much further. Pair it with a good brake and good optic and you're good to go.

    I carry a S&W Shield in 9mm with a spare mag daily (AIWB), absolutely love it. Prior to that I carried a XDm in .40S&W, also loved that it was just a hair to big for me to conceal while wearing a single t-shirt. My Shield solved that problem.
