    300 Mag Ammo Choice

    Need some help with ammo selection for 300 mag.Will be mostly hunting deer out to 500 yards or so.Some of the ammo is $$$ some is reasonable.Is there that much of a difference.Dont know where to start.The gun is Rem milspec.Thanks for any help.

    Cant make up my mind.I will put the scope on a 700 milspec 300 mag use it mostly for hunting and some lr target shooting.I am looking at 4x14x40 range.Ita about a $300 difference.Thanks for any help.

    I have been looking at Bushnell Elite 6500, Nikon Monarch X, and Leupold V3. How Would a Falcon Menace match up to these scopes? I know there is a price difference. Thanks for all responses.
