    Barrel channel too small..

    Is that barrel even chambered yet? I would fit the barrel to the action first and deal with the stock later when you have a final dimension...That HS stock should have plenty of meat to handle it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

    Help with these groups

    I think a wise place to start is to remove all existing bedding and pillars and start fresh. Bed the action and pillars all at once with a proven compound like devcon or marinetex and go from there...I have best luck with bedding savages from the recoil lug to the rear action screw the best way...

    Barrel finished out right at 27. The loads were clocked with a borrowed magneto chrono so I wouldn't stake my life on those numbers as it was my first time using it.

    Hornady dies and brass were sourced from McCourt a few months back just didn't have the time to get the barrel chambered up and the rifle bedded till now. They were loaded with 105 gr hybrids and yes they all were shot at 100 yards. I didn't have any pressure signs at 43grs and they were still...
