    I updated the OP. I was wrong about it being a "BR". The bipod is stamped "S BR". The legs are smooth. No visible notches. They are not multi-position legs if that is what you are asking. Essentially, they are two-position legs (all the way out or all the way in).

    Lwrc ic-a5 16.1" upper. New with bag.

    This is an "Enhanced" (M6IC-E) upper, I believe. The A5 upper has the longer handguard and the gas block is less exposed. Essentially, the A5 is a mix between the Enhanced and the SPR. Nonetheless, good luck with the sale and I wish your wife a full recovery.
