    Length of Pull How important is it. Mine is 15 7/8" and I cannot find a stock

    I like my LOP to be around 14 1/2 so I just use a Limb saver slip on and cut fillers to get the length I want. It's quick and dirty and doesn't require a lot of work and it's not permanent.

    It looks like quarter turn is about 65 in/lbs. I have Seekonk T-Handle 65 in/lb torque wrench that I use on my action and scope rings. I paid attention to where the screw started to snug up and the location of the handle, it snapped over at about a quarter turn. I'm still going to call again...

    I just had a Badger FTE brake installed and there was no note on the recommended torque value for the clamp screw. I called Badger but they are closed for the week, they are all at the shot show. Anybody know what that number is? Thanks

    Barrel contour for 6.5 Creedmoor

    Re: Barrel contour for 6.5 Creedmoor I use a Light Varmint 1.20 to .875 with a 5 inch shank so I can set it back a couple of times. Don't be afraid to set the barrel back when the throat gets used up. I have very good results doing this.
