    Graham, I have to speculate that since this is a new product the limit on configurations is simply and economic one. I really don't mind the grid on the H-32 for this purpose.

    Shot more than a few matches in pouring rain at 800+ yards. The last was with a fast moving .243. No deviation was observed. I could recount the number of times I shot a Marine Corps KD Course with an M16A2 or the number of times I have been on a M40A1 in the rain, but the results are the same...

    No. Even mild steel is fine for .22lr match at 50 yards. You can get some really cheap rimfire steel targets at Walmart, Gander mtn., etc.

    Re: Hog Saddle and Slik Sprint Mini Tripod If your rifle isn't too heavy you will be OK, but it's not going to work as well as the Manfrotto. I use the Slik/PRS setup when I want to go light. I use the Manfrotto/HOG Saddle combo when I want to lock the rifle in and leave it.
