    Newbie to reloading. Tumbling brass vs ultrasound cleaning

    Saw a youtube video today where a guy bought a 2lb refresher pack of SS media, and a $25 rock tumbler from harbor freight. $50 investment and he has. SS tumbler that works just fine. I will probably be trying this soon.

    I did cut the head off and its sitting in an ant bed right now. Not sure how it will come out though. The g34 put some hurting on his head before I brought it on the boat.

    Country88 I have not put it on the scale yet but I want to say from 10-12. Just guessing. That handguard is really not very heavy. I think a loaded 30rd mag may weigh more then the tube on the handguard. Would probably ditch the bipod if I was going to be walking around with it.

    PG normally when I'm in the valley it's not for fishing and this creek is only half an hour from the house. hedspace a lot of people consider them trash fish but they are very good eating. They have a texture and taste somewhat like chicken. The smaller ones are better eating though.

    Put up a pretty good fight. Didnt time it but I think it took 5-10min to tire it out. These things come roll on the surface all the time and some people do bow fish them. It actually looked like this one had been hit with a few shotgun pellets. Nothing penetrated its scales though.
