    Movie Theater Law abiding citizen

Re: Law abiding citizen I got sued for not selling a piece of property to a lawyer who wanted to strip the timber. Going into court my lawyer tells me "now remember, right has nothing to do with it." That made the movie all the more entertaining. Justice even if it was just a movie.

    Set Triggers

Re: Set Triggers The KEPPLINGER looks like the only option for set triggers on my 700. It looks like I might get the same functionality as the old Canjar. Thanks for the suggestions.

    Set Triggers

Does anyone use set triggers like CanJar (out of business I heard)? Maybe double triggers? I have a CanJar on my Ruger #1 and it made a huge difference for precision shooting. I've thought about using some sort of set trigger for my remingtons but haven't researched it yet. Just curious.

    Fieldcraft Marine Scout Snipers

Re: Marine Scout Snipers Been a while since I met anyone who knew what a 2841 was. Everyone knows 0311. I can only imagine the equipment technology available today. Even the PRC-25 was a load back then. If I were back in I'd still want an M-14. Tells how old I am, qualified with the M-14...

question for those in the military

Re: question for those in the military If you want to go infantry I'd advise not going for high test scores. This isn't meant as a downer on infantry. I did very well on my test (In 1970 we spent half a day testing after we got to boot.) I got sent back with 3 other guys for more tests...

    Fieldcraft Marine Scout Snipers

Re: Marine Scout Snipers I thought I had it good in radio. We snuck a B&W 10" TV on a Carib cruise. Once we reached Vieques we set up our duce and a half with the radio van and watched old Gene Autry movies while we tested radios. Had air conditioning too, for the test equipment, but we...

Carrying extra ammo in the field...

Re: Carrying extra ammo in the field... When in the field such as antelop hunting I put my spare ammo in the factory box plastic insert sleeves. Each sleeve holds 10 rounds from banging into each other and protects the tips too. I can stuff 4-5 in my backpack pouch and a couple in a...

    Fieldcraft Rifle Painting Tutorial

Re: Rifle Painting Tutorial Does using rattle can paint cause the paint to get pulled into all the spaces such as between the action and stock. Perhaps the paint doesn't flow if sprayed from a distance and thinly? Just wondering, especially when painting an AR type rifle and there are...

    question for a REAL sniper

Re: question for a REAL sniper I was a 2841 and not eligible for sniper training (1970-19740. I did shoot on the batallion rifle team and we were issued rifles. We had access to an armorer that checked out our weapons and tuned them but only with what was available at the range armory...
