    Re: Best complete AR for under $1000 I ordered a Rock River LAR-15 Elite Operator2 yesterday. It was exactly $1000. I bought a RRA LAR-8 Elite Operator two weeks ago and couldn't believe the accuracy for a sixteen inch barrel.
