They had requested (and then upgraded the request for) EMS *to get him care* and had him restrained to prevent him from harming himself (excited delerium) while EMS was inbound. With that OD onboard, there was no other option . . . nobody at the site was equipped...

    I had to try twice . . . first said "complete", but came back on 1.39. Second try took longer, and 1.41 came up. I can omly conclude that there was an error in transfer and a checksum fail the first time . . . I suggest trying things in different positions, just in case.
