    Night Vision Yukon Nvmt Laser 3X42 Night Vision Riflescope

    I know Gen 1 is weak. I am just getting in to NV I am on a limited budget. I am wondering if this specific model is worth the 400$ asking price. Is there a better entry level 75 to 100 meter NV rifle scope, in the 400$ price range? Try not to flame me. I burn easy.

    .308 barrel length

    I have been looking over the load data for .308 as it relates to barrell length. Is there a feeling about minimum length or at what point longer barrell is not helping?

    Re: .308 cheeper to build or buy? I just want to shoot. I built a 5.56 AR type. I had fun bought some tools etc. Would do it again but, not really my thing I really just want to shoot. I like the DPMS one a lot. How has it been any of you guys shoot one with a longer (24"+) barrell.

    Re: trijicon accu, 5-20x50mm I am curious also. I have a 3x9 accuview with a red cheveron. I like my scope. I have been using it regularly to 200yds. I have it on a LeRue quick detach mount, on a RRA 5.56 rifle. I am after a .308 aemi auto and want a higher mag scope for it.

    Re: .308 AR type Boltripper I am looking to punch paper beyond 600YDs ORd did nto give up on FAL but it seems like a stock AR .308 would be cheeper and 1MOA with out really trying. FAL would be expensive and maybe only 1MOA at best.
