    So I got home and put some actual live ammo in the rifle. Magazine had 5 rounds. Everytime I pulled back on the changing handle the first run through it cycled the first four. Then on the last one it never a really released the 5th round. Just held it on a angle. Then I did it a second time...

    That is a good point, I have not done that. I will grab a magazine and see if I can run it through manually.
