    Building vs Buying

    You could have Shilen put together a barrelled action in your choice of caliber, and throw it in a KRG Bravo for under $2k. I've got one in 223 and it's a bugholer.

    According to Desert Tech's website The covert with a 16" 308 barrel is 8 lbs The A2 with a 22" 308 barrel is 8.9 lbs So extra the extra handguard and 6 inches of extra barrel add less than a pound.

    Just recieved mine, and everything works as it should, but I'm getting lines scrolling down the video. It's similar to what we used to experience watching VHS tapes. It's not a big deal, but just want to know if anybody else is seeing the same thing. Samsung s7, with the recommended USB app.

    I'm assuming you are talking about the LOP spacers. if they are loose, the two screws more than likely need to be tightened. They are recessed in the buttpad.

    Range Report .223 trainer-experienced input needed!!!

    Shilen DGR, Savage bull contour, Bell and Carlson tactical medalist, Timney 510, and a Tract Toric in the attic. 21", 8 twist, 75 Amax, 25.1 gr RL15 doing 2930fps. Single digit SD, 1/2 moa or better for the most part.

    6.5 Creedmoor and RL16. Holy Crap!

    43.5 RL16, CCI magnum srp, in Starline brass gets me 2920 with single digit sd. SRS A1, 26" factory tube and Sico Omega.

    Has anyone tried Seafoam, or similar engine treatment as a suppressor soak? If so, how clean was the finished product?
