  1. Precision Underground

    Info/knowledge needed.

For sure. When it’s damp and the mirage is boiling you may as well be playing darts in a pitch black room when you get past 1500. It’s been a while since I got out to longer ranges but the last time I was I was hitting 1950 easier than 1M because the berm on 1950 was dry and dusty. Backstop is a...

PRS Talk Git lite fill long term reviews

Make sure the bag isn’t too full, it sounds like it might be. The fill should not be bouncy at all, it should be completely dead. There needs to be enough empty space in the bag for it to compact/conform without stretching the fabric really tight on top where the rifle goes. Make sure there’s...

    Info/knowledge needed.

Some elevation, no mirage, and a dusty berm will definitely make it much, much easier. I’m at sea level and the typical mirage in FL is like looking through a flowing river so a 140 at 1M is really tough.

SOLD Nemo Arms 300 Win Mag

There are 4 different omen models. It looks like the M-210 has the 20” barrel from the factory. Any idea which it is?

    Info/knowledge needed.

6” will prob give you 125 maybe 150 FPS more. That can make a difference when you get out that far. 6.5 at a mile is doable but not ideal.

Trying to decide on a couple of prefit barrels...

We just got a PVA prefit for an AX. Haven’t shot it yet but it’s the smoothest, cleanest chamber/throat I’ve ever seen on a borescope. I’d guess it will shoot.

    Quality Junk Rifle... Kinda

You’re making a clown of yourself. I don’t sell triggers. I don’t have any triggers for sale. I don’t think I’ve ever sold a trigger at all in my life. If I posted about a trigger, which I don’t think I’ve done in months before this thread, it was an attempt to help a clueless person like you...

    Quality Junk Rifle... Kinda

No no no. OP said he can’t build bc he doesn’t have “large frame tools” and isn’t going to buy any. I guess all he has is small frame tools…..small frame punches, small frame castle wrench, small frame hammer, small frame oil, etc…. You know, all of the usual small frame tools. I’m not sure if...

    Quality Junk Rifle... Kinda

Hahahahahaha. I should have known not to try to help someone that would make such an absurdly stupid Fudd post. You’re on here trying to flex over a trigger while pontificating about buying a PSA with a SWFA scope. I don’t sell triggers Simple Jack.

    Quality Junk Rifle... Kinda

We’ve got a lot of triggers and one of our small frame ARs with an RRA 2 stage/light spring is one of my favorite. We’ve got nicer more expensive triggers and I don’t really feel like they do anything more.

    Quality Junk Rifle... Kinda

Way overpriced and unnecessary IMO. The RRA 2 stage is fine and way cheaper. I’m not a trigger snob though so others may say different. The CMC 2 stage is really nice and used to could be had for like $130 on sale. That’s what’s in most of our rifles.

Superlative Arms adjustable gas block gas tube hole isn’t Milspec height?

Classic fudd-lore. Part of what he’s saying is true, the hole is a little higher. But since most gas tubes need to be bent anyway it really doesn’t matter. It’s like saying that you shouldn’t use a car part bc the hose connection is 1” to the left when you can just move the hose 1” to the left.
